Gilbert is where we're based

Gilbert is our home base, and its neighbors Chandler and Mesa are a short drive for us. Much of the housing here is tract homes with tile floors in the main rooms and carpet in the bedrooms. Tile hides dirt until you look at the grout, which darkens along the kitchen and on the path to the back door.

Those homes also tend to have big glass sliders and a lot of shower glass, and the hard water shows on all of it. We give glass and fixtures the time the mineral film needs. A spray and a wipe won't lift it.

Scottsdale has a lot of vacation rentals

Scottsdale has plenty of short-term rentals, and a rental lives on how the last clean went. A guest who finds hair in the shower or crumbs in a drawer writes a review about it. Airbnb cleaning is in our own description on Google, and we treat every clean between guests as the next guest's first look at the place.

Next door, Paradise Valley homes run larger, with more bathrooms and more glass to keep clear. A house that size takes planning, so we go over it room by room before we give you a price.

Phoenix and the west side have older homes

Parts of Phoenix and Glendale have older ranch houses, where years of hard water have left a crust around faucets and along tub edges. That kind of build up takes more than one pass, and we'll tell you if a fixture is etched rather than just dirty. Tempe has a lot of rentals near the university, so move in and move out cleaning is common there.

Peoria and Sun City sit on the west side of the county. Sun City is a retirement community. Plenty of homeowners there want a regular clean so the bathrooms and floors stay kept up without them doing the scrubbing.
